Chef Linda will prepare every meal to your preferences. Drumbeat 1 has a complete menu of specialties for every meal of the day. Greet the day with a sunny breakfast on deck, enjoy an informal lunch upstairs in the afternoon breeze, and an exquisite dinner in the over sized main salon. Every day offers new culinary experiences. Custom menus will be developed that accommodate guest dietary needs and preferences.

Special dietary plans, including non-fat, low carb, and vegetarian are available. 


  • Eggs Benedict
    Hot buttered English muffin, Canadian-style bacon, and poached eggs are topped by a heavenly homemade hollandaise sauce. Served with seasoned home fries.
  • Almond Stuffed French Toast
    Thick slices of sweet cinnamon bread filled with almond cream cheese, and drizzled with warm blackberry syrup. Served with hot, crisp bacon.
  • Peach Blintz
    Thin crepes filled with a blend of sweet cheeses and juicy peaches, then finished off with fresh peach syrup.

    A fluffy three egg omelet made to order filled with whatever your little heart desires.


  • Santa Fe Turkey Croissant Sandwich
    Whole grain bread with seasoned turkey breast, creamy avocados, sprouts, and melted Swiss cheese.
  • Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad
    A traditional Caesar topped with blackened chicken breast and served with warm Parmesan rolls.
  • Cheeseburgers In Paradise
    I like mine with lettuce and tomatoes, how do you like yours?

    An Italian favorite. Warm bread filled with pepperoni, sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms and gooey mozzarella cheese.

    Stuffed mussels…the best you’ve ever eaten.
  • Coconut Shrimp
    Crispy coconut shrimp served with a spicy orange glaze.

    A creamy bisque made with fresh lobster.


  • Stuffed Shrimp
    Jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab meat and topped with a Gruyere cream sauce. Served over vegetable splashed Linguini.

    Topped with a roasted garlic and rosemary demi-glaze. Served with parsley potatoes and snow peas in a lemon butter sauce.

    Marinated in Italian dressing, grilled and topped with a tropical mango salsa. Served with Basmati Rice.
